Recently, the material provided by the factory of Double Coin Group (Jiangsu) Tyre Co., Ltd. to the local environmental protection department shows that the company intends to invest 150 million yuan in the construction of an all-steel engineering radial tyre production capacity improvement project.
This significant investment showcases the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. With cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team, Double Coin Tyre is well-positioned to enhance its manufacturing capabilities, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality tires to cater to the ever-increasing global demand.
The company’s existing scale is an annual output of 165,300 tons (2.9 million pieces) of all-steel radial truck tyres and 16,274 tons (74,000 pieces) of all-steel radial OTR tyres.
This expansion will not increase the scale of the whole plant, but to replace 17,100 tons (300,000 pieces) of truck tyres with 7,700 tons (42,000 pieces) of 14.00R25 all-steel OTR tyres and 9,500 tons (38,000 pieces) of 16.00R25 Steel OTR tyres.
After the main projects were put into operation, the production capacity of the whole plant changed from 188,100 tons (2.9 million pieces) of truck tyres and 16,274 tons (74,000 pieces) of engineering tyres to 171,000 tons (2.6 million pieces) of truck tyres and 33,486 tons (154,000 pieces) of engineering tyres.
This expansion is expected to not only bolster the company’s market presence but also contribute to the overall growth of the automotive industry.
The planned commissioning date for the project is August 2023.
